Step 3: Packing & Dispatch

Your order is carefully packed and dispatched from our Lagos facility

Same day (for orders before 2 PM) / Next day

Our delivery partner brings your fresh Ken-Cherish snacks to your door

Before Delivery:

• Ensure someone is available to receive the order
• Provide accurate delivery address and phone number
• Our delivery team will call 30 minutes before arrival

During Delivery:

• Inspect the package before signing
• Report any damage immediately
• Keep your receipt/delivery note

After Delivery:

• Store products in a cool, dry place

• Contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues

Damaged Products:

• Take photos immediately
• Don't accept delivery if the package is severely damaged
