All products are NAFDAC-approved and meet required safety standards. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price.

Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or stop selling certain items at any time.

Placing an order does not mean it has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

We accept payment via bank transfer and Paystack. In some locations, cash on delivery may be available. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed, except for approved bulk customers with agreed terms.

We may cancel orders if payment is not received, items are unavailable, or if there is suspicion of fraud or incorrect information.

We ensure that our products meet high-quality and safety standards. They are properly prepared, packaged, and free from unwanted materials.

Customers are responsible for storing products properly after delivery. We are not responsible for issues caused by poor storage. All products are delivered within their shelf life, and customers should check expiry dates upon receipt.

Delivery timelines depend on location. Orders within Lagos are delivered within 0–48 hours, while orders outside Lagos may take 1–7 working days.

Delivery costs vary based on location and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, unavailable recipients, or logistics issues beyond our control.

Bulk orders may have different pricing and delivery terms. Customers placing large orders may be required to contact us directly or apply as distributors.

We do not accept returns after delivery. However, if a product is damaged or there is a confirmed issue, we may offer a replacement. All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Our products are ready to eat. Customers are responsible for proper storage and for checking any allergies. Our products contain peanuts and wheat, and those with allergies should take care. We are not responsible for misuse after delivery.

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Ken-Cherish Enterprises. You may not copy or use any content without permission.

We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that may arise from using our website or products. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Your personal information is used only to process your orders and communicate with you. We do not share your information except where necessary for payment processing or delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled within Nigerian courts.

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, form the full agreement between you and Ken-Cherish Enterprises.
